Territory Manager Recon - Gold Coast North Physical well-being is more than just body; it includes our minds and emotions. This role will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, in line with sales and marketing strategies, to ensure business objectives are achieved.
What will you be doing? Ensure the annual Recon product portfolio sales targets are achieved in assigned territory.Manage assigned sales territory ensuring all company policies and protocols are followed with particular focus on the safety and compliance elements.Coach and support the clinical support members in providing exceptional case support and training.Provide input to the determination of the sales budget and strategy.Develop and manage short and long-term account strategies that support S+N focus/growth strategies and objectives.Support the development and implementation of all tenders and pricing agreements in territory.Develop and maintain strong customer advocates for Smith & Nephew product portfolios in the assigned territory.Autonomous management of all activities within territory, including scheduling sales activities in line with business plan.What will you need to be successful? Proven experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy clinical support or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices.Strong selling skills (+3 years in medical device).Strong understanding of orthopaedics and/or endoscopy therapies products and industry.Good understanding of the AU public and private healthcare system.To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
