Join our team for a unique experience where you'll work alongside a skilled sales team. You will connect and build professional relationships with our customer base across Sydney West, including areas like St George, Revesby, and Granville. Plus, every quarter, you'll take a three-day regional trip to Dubbo and its surrounding areas. This role also serves as a valuable stepping stone for growth into our commercial business, opening pathways to account management, marketing, and more.
A day in the life: Achievement of set territory sales, market share, distribution & all cycle objective targets.Ensure all dealing is maintained within agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines.Maintain customer contact & call frequency as per agreed contact strategy.Execute required activities as advised by the National Accounts team & advise non-compliance in a timely fashion.Utilise all available point of sales material to drive sales and maximise in-store presence, erect displays as & when required.Report to the National Sales Manager on performance versus objectives.Provide timely and accurate field intelligence via reports to line management.Ensure appropriate care for all company assets allocated for use in performing the job.Ensure thorough execution of agreed action plans resulting from infield accompaniment evaluations.Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Sales or retail experience, ideally within consumer retail or pharmacyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-managed and motivatedPride in your role and passion for representing the Haleon brands across the pharmacy channel.Strong relationship management skills and customer focusDiversity & Inclusion: At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
