We have a relentless focus on achievement, learning, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, driven, and real Territory Manager to join our high performing state sales team and manage a portfolio of key customers and distributors within the Metro West & Central West region in NSW.Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will continually advance James Hardie's growth of High Value Products through our customers within the Single-Family New Construction and Renovation segments. This is done by implementing the company's Sales and Marketing strategies to strengthen our competitive position and deliver sustainable profitable growth year on year.What you'll doStrategically plan and align joint account plans with key customer stakeholders.Present our Value Proposition at store level to drive engagement and enthusiasm to stock our range and sell James Hardie Products.Educate, train, and build capability in key stakeholders (customers) to drive product sales for James Hardie Fibre Cement.Drive scalable programs, in-store and out of store marketing activation.Support the wider NSW & ACT state team in trade and association events.Hunt opportunities to gain further category share of James Hardie Fibre Cement.What you'll bringMinimum 3 years sales experience with a track record in, and passion for, business development.Experience working with builders or within the building and/or construction industry would be strongly preferred, though not essential.Proactive and resilient hunter who is driven and persistent in achieving and surpassing targets.Cross functional team player with strong stakeholder management skills to support execution.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate as required.Proven ability to shift seamlessly between strategic and tactical thinking to deliver outcomes.Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs to build customers' capability.Proficiency utilising the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as CRM systems i.e. Salesforce.Working @ James HardieStable growth at a global building products manufacturer.Bonus scheme for all eligible employees.Product discounts.Paid parental leave of 16 weeks for the Primary Carer (including super) and two weeks.2 Volunteer days per year.Plenty of employee rewards and benefits including a rewards and recognition program.Online shopping discounts.International & domestic development and progression opportunities.Access to thousands of free self-development modules via James Hardie University.Annual business conferences with Award gala dinners.Free annual health checks.Employee Assistance Program access for you & your immediate family members.Hassle free, no cost and confidential access to our onsite psychologists & physiotherapists (specific sites).Proudly providing Australian Made fibre cement to the market for over 100 years.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in a sales role?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Briefly detail your sales experience within the building and construction industry.
