Are you looking to work with a market leading global business within a specialist Orthopaedic portfolio?The company is laser focused on the products and services they offer, and have seen exponential growth over the last 10 years.
They are leading the way in terms of design and manufacturing, and have plans to double the business in Australia in the next 2 years.Already very established with key surgeons working with them, the opportunity here is to join them as a territory manager on their pathway to success.Role Responsibilities:Ensure the annual product portfolio sales targets are achieved on this territory.Develop, plan and execute the territory sales plan in collaboration with your manager.Influence, coach and support the clinical support team in providing exceptional case support and training.Actively monitor market and competitor trends and respond as required.Ensure the accurate reporting of sales and marketing activities in the territory.Balance both account management and new business development to help achieve the common growth goals.Foster good teamwork, communication and collaboration across the state sales team.Candidate Credentials:Tertiary qualification in science, allied health, nursing or similar.Theatre based sales experience in medical devices, preferably within an Orthopaedic portfolio.Strong selling skills and ability to offer unique perspectives and to challenge the status quo.Understanding how to sell using data and value proposition, not price.Strong learning agility to understand complex medical implants.Be flexible and agile in work, as this is not a 9am-5pm role.Innate drive and motivation to identify new business opportunities.Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system, particularly NSW.If you would like more info on the role, feel free to reach out to or call , or just hit apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
