Your week would typically be 3 days on the road with customers and 2 days in the office, therefore we are looking for an energetic salesperson who can work independently and remain dedicated to our professional customer-centric culture.
The success of our Territory Managers will be measured by:
Ability to proactively explore and develop new packaging solutions opportunities across small to medium sized businesses within various industries. Continuously developing value opportunities that will support our growth strategy. Maintain and grow sales/gross margin within the existing customer portfolio. Actively promote and drive our customer excellence culture within the local market. Maintain collaborative relationships both with your internal peers and within the marketspace. Developing your technical product knowledge and applying this to developing customer solutions. Maintain a focused and dedicated approach while spending a large part of your week in the marketspace. Previous experience of identifying and converting new business through the building of relationships and identifying value sharing opportunities. Experience within the Fresh Produce industry highly favorable. A strong customer-centric approach. Resilience, plenty of energy, and lots of enthusiasm.
