Asahi Lifestyle Beverages Grocery has an exciting opportunity for a Petrol, Convenience and Independents Territory Manager covering the South Perth area.
This role requires intensive time management, daily travel and in-frequent overnight commitments with a tool of trade vehicle, technology resources and the support to achieve this.Your natural drive and competitive nature will see you take ownership of our Asahi Lifestyle Beverages Grocery channel for our non-alcohol business division across this highly intensive key precinct.On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in executing sales plans and driving the sales of our popular, highly respected brands within our Grocery channel.
You will be required to apply a second to none level of engagement, passion and personal development approach to a role that provides you with the line management support to succeed.As the NUMBER ONE volume beverage supplier in Australia, you will be a dynamic market leader in activation, insights and capability, Asahi Lifestyle Beverages can empower you to achieve this.
Other key responsibilities include: Understand our channel priorities and jumping to action with exceptional planning & execution.Negotiating sales agreements, on shelf positioning and new product rangingMerchandising and activating critical promotional plans with customersMerchandiser Management to deliver negotiated incremental activityAssist with bringing stock out during busy periodsEnsure execution of the commercial, promotional & strategic plansBuilding strong relationships with your customer base and always looking out for new opportunities About You: Demonstrated sales, grocery, or customer service experience with food & beverage/FMCG grocery experience highly advantageousA natural people's person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholdersYou will be a tech-savvy self-starter and comfortable working autonomouslyExcellent time management with a keen eye for detailAn organised approach to planning in advanceAn enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressureA valid Australian drivers' licence Why Asahi?
