As a Territory Manager at Big Chief Hire, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and generating leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media within the Smeaton Grange region.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective customer solutions.Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new partnerships.Consultative selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives, effectively demonstrating the value of our products/services.Build client relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships.Achieving sales targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.Maintaining product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.Sales reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system.About YouYou are self-motivated and results-driven with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are excited to put your sales experience to use while learning all about the fast-paced and dynamic plant hire industry.
You will bring:
