About the role: We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our newest location in Canberra.
No two days will ever be the same with the key responsibilities of the role including, but definitely not limited to:
Prospecting and growing Bayset's sales and GP margin.Maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory & beyond.Striving for constant improvement in knowledge, service application, technical know-how, efficiency, and genuine behavior while adding value to Bayset and your customers' businesses.Troubleshooting on site with customers ensuring a seamless customer experience.Using technical competence to assess situations & be a solutions provider.Preparing quotes and tenders in accordance with company sales and pricing policy.Supporting the Coopers Plains Branch team to deliver a high level of customer experience.About you: To be successful in this position, you will possess knowledge, skills, and previous sales experience in the following key areas:
Trade experience with demonstrated understanding of the waterproofing, tiling, or flooring markets would be an advantage but not essential.Demonstrated sales experience with an outstanding track record of exceeding budgets & targets.Strong relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.Well-developed sales, business development, and negotiation skills.Able to work with Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and CRM.Have a current Australian Drivers Licence.You will also possess traits which demonstrate:
