What you will enjoy doing You will be achieving and exceeding sales and profit growth targets.Managing a portfolio of large industrial customers, including National customer sites.Further, to retain and grow the gas and welding equipment business within your managed portfolio.You will win new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your Region.Capture competitor activities and market trends within your Region.In addition, work with local industry bodies to represent and grow BOC's position within the local community and industry.Also, deliver customer training and product demonstrations.What makes you great You have demonstrable business development and account management experience (industrial industry sales would be an advantage).Strong negotiation and influencing skills along with relationship management skills and customer focus.Understanding of price and profitability management.You have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Computer literacy skills are required in this role (Microsoft Excel, Outlook).Why you will love working with us At Linde, we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
