Who you are:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate and innovative sales professional who has a passion to make a difference, and the drive to achieve it.
We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long-term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.
While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
Your responsibilities:

Promote and increase knowledge and usage of continence and wound care solutions into Hospitals and the Community.
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
Strong drive, ambition and a flexible approach to the role.
Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results.
Great business acumen and the focus, determination, and drive to achieve targets.
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
Either a clinical background with nursing experience or experience as a medical sales representative.
