About the RoleAs our Territory Manager, you will be the key link between our sales teams and the venues where they work. This role is not a sales position but plays a crucial part in supporting our sales team by securing premium sites for their success.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with retail sites such as supermarkets, shops, and small shopping centres to ensure high-quality and preferential bookings. You'll negotiate agreements, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure our teams have access to the best locations.
What You'll Be Doing: Developing and nurturing strong partnerships with site managers and stakeholders.Negotiating and securing site agreements that meet quality and access requirements.Conducting site visits to strengthen relationships and ensure smooth operations.Collaborating with the sales team to prioritize high-value venue opportunities.Monitoring site performance and identifying ways to improve outcomes.About YouWe're looking for someone who:
Has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Thrives in negotiation and can confidently secure favourable agreements.Is organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Has prior experience in retail, sales support, or territory management (preferred).Holds a valid driver's license and is ready to travel within the territory and interstate.Who are we?
