Territory encompasses North of Central Coat, Newcastle and surrounds. Your sales targets will be your focus but this is balanced with excellent customer service and relationship building. Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for pharmacies within your territory. Key tasks and responsibilities are listed below. Manage sales and budgets, achieve targets and drive growth, within your allocated territory Visiting customers in your territory (usually 6 per day) Ensure all customers are aware of new products, upcoming promotions and cycle deals Plan and implement 10 week Territory cycle plans Complete 1 country trip every 4 weeks. Build product range and volume to ensure there is good coverage of all products in all stores Administer orders, keep updated with customer contact details and order history Coordinate instore and window displays with state merchandisers Coordinate promotions and catalogues Train pharmacy staff members on new and existing product range as needed Plan window or instore displays/promotions Accept returns on damaged or out of date products Set up of new accounts as needed Attendance required to relevant conferences and sales meetings Liaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer information Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou enjoy taking ownership and striving for your individual targets whilst also being part of a supportive and connected team.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role essentialAn understanding of retail pharmacyStrong rapport building and interpersonal relationship building skillsStrong sales skillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to stay motivated and work effectively autonomouslyStrong planning, organisational and time management skills
