Territory Manager - Bundaberg

About the Role: The territory for this role is the Bundaberg region (includes Gympie, Maryborough, Hervey Bay and Bundaberg).
As a territory manager you will report to the Zone Manager and you will be responsible for selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of all Arnott's brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed.
This role may require up to 1 night away each week depending on where the successful candidate is based.

What your day looks like: Leading and mentoring a team of 3 part time direct reports Selling in of all NPD, using category selling to influence share of shelf and off location displays.
Liaising with key decision makers in store to upweight paid displays and secure discretionary displays.
Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines.
The Ingredients for Success: Valid driver's licence Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
