Territory Manager - Adelaide West, Riverland and MilduraThe Arnott's Group portfolio of brands continues the 158-year legacy of the Arnott family, providing quality, great-tasting food to create delicious moments for consumers across the world.
About the Role: The territory for this role is the SA West (includes Adelaide West, Riverland and Mildura). As a territory manager, you will report to the Zone Manager and be responsible for selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays, and promotional support of all Arnott's brands; sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location, and front-end execution; drive profitability through managing the mix of products displayed. This role will require travel of up to three nights away each month.
What your day looks like: Leading and mentoring a team of 5 part-time direct reports.Selling in of all NPD, using category selling to influence share of shelf and off location displays.Liaising with key decision-makers in store to upweight paid displays and secure discretionary displays.Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines.The Ingredients for Success: Valid driver's licence.Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.Track record in field sales.To Apply: If this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.
