We are looking for an energetic professional with a solid track record in relationship management.
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Wholesale and Distribution, you will maintain and grow relationships with independent retailers and health food stores in your designated territory of Eastern Suburbs, Sydney South, Southern Highlands.
You'll need to be a real go-getter who gets a buzz from working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being out on the road.
What you'll do: Develop and grow sales of Honest to Goodness products across your territory.
Be the key point of contact between the account and Honest to Goodness.
Be the H2 G product expert for your accounts.
Review account sales vs budget to ensure you are on track and develop plans to achieve your sales target.
Negotiate to improve a store's range of products, with the aim of implementing the optimal range in each account.
Merchandise the fixture and ensure optimal product placement for our products.
What you need: To thrive in this role, you'll possess a passion for providing the best possible service to customers, the energy and drive to chase new business, and a genuine passion for organic and natural food.
As well as: Experience in an Australian food retailer in a similar field-based sales role, or other sales environment.
Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of planning, organising, and building customer loyalty with the capacity to develop and maintain strong relationships.
The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
