A specialist division of Access Group Australia, Access Hire has continued to be the most trusted hire companies in the area, with a strong brand presence and reputation in the industry. We have a very strong and dedicated team who enjoy working in our fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, safe and entrepreneurial environment.  We are expanding our services and looking for a Territory Account Manager to join the team at our Port Hedland branch. The key focus of this role will be the establishment of new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services and product range in the Port Hedland market.  The ideal candidate will be a Port Hedland local and a hunter, someone who is hungry and loves a challenge. The ability to absorb technical knowledge will come naturally and they will be driven by results. On top of our generous base salary, you will be rewarded with lucrative uncapped commission arrangements allowing for unlimited earning potential.  Please note that this is not a FIFO role only Port Hedland residents will be considered. Other responsibilities of this role will include; Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams. Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner. Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis. Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships. The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement, in addition to this they will have; Mechanical or Technical aptitude will be viewed favourably The ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation. Hardworking with a results driven mentality. Experience in a customer facing sales environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work. The ability to plan ahead with exceptional time management skills. Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Initiative, the ability to present new ideas or approach to their role embracing continuous improvement. Intermediate computer skills. A fun, energetic and hardworking approach. Willingness to learn and be coached for success. A desire for longevity with their employer, turning a role into a career. Current driver's license.
