We are seeking an experienced Termite Barrier Installer to work with our termite & pest management team, adding new direction and growth to the business.
The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience installing physical and chemical termite barrier systems, with knowledge of the building industry and the construction process, and be able to read plans and details.Liaise directly with builders and other trades regarding installations, problem solving, and scheduling, making onsite decisions to ensure the system is in place and not damaged by following trades.Work in post-construction pest management covering pest control in domestic and commercial settings.Work closely with our pest management staff in the office, assisting them in communicating with customers and upselling pest management solutions and systems.Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.Have a mature attitude, good presentation, and a willingness to learn.Be physically fit and healthy, and enjoy working outdoors.Be able to work unsupervised and be an excellent communicator.Have a Construction White Card.Have a valid manual driver's license.A current Pest Control license is desirable but training will be considered for the right person.Be computer savvy; we use the Formitize Pest Management Software System.Live locally in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs area.You will be rewarded with: Job stability in a full-time permanent position with all employment benefits, including annual and sick leave.A fully equipped vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, uniform, and PPE.Above award pay rate with periodic reviews.On-the-job training.Easy to use reporting system and the technology to make it work.Opportunities to progress within the company.The opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly, and dynamic environment.If you feel that you have the attributes to fulfill this position and take your pest management career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
