Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Supervise daily terminal activities and manage staff roster.Ensure efficient rail & road transport operations.Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.Manage the performance and development of the terminals team maintaining coverage and ensuring timely and accurate work output.Train and mentor terminal staff on best practices and company policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow and address any operational issues.Deal directly with customers in providing exceptional customer service.
