About the Company

ATOM specialises in managing and operating bulk fuel and lubricants terminals across Australia for our customers, with services ranging from storage and handling of bulk liquid fuels and lubricants to maintenance and engineering.
Our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable, and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.
About the Role

Our Terminal Admin/Operator role provides administration and operations assistance across our Geraldton Operations.
Responsibilities include managing daily terminal administration, customer paperwork, general office ordering while progressing to training in terminal operations so that safe and reliable operations are maintained.
The role ensures that the needs of customers are met in a timely manner with due regard to HSSE, reliability, efficiency, cost, stakeholder relationships, product stewardship & customer service.
This is a hands-on role where day-to-day tasks can include product movements, sampling & testing, shipping duties, permits, etc.
It is also responsible for handling all terminal administration, including internal scheduling, product receipting, and reporting.
You will be working 38 hours per week on day shift and will be flexible to extend or work at nights/weekends to support customer requirements.
About You

Being a flexible go-getter with a strong team-playing attitude is essential, as is a willingness to lean into learning, and having great time management, communication and organisational skills.
An eye for continuous improvement is a big plus, as is an ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Key requirements for success will include but not limited to: You hold full working rights for Australia.
Hold valid permanent work rights in Australia for this full-time position.
Current or previous experience working shifts.
Ability to work in a team, and independently with minimal guidance (post sign off).
Flexibility to work across day and night shift.
Great time management and organisational skills.
Computer skills and open to learning to develop your career in terminal operations.

If you have previous experience in working in high-risk environments (oil & gas, mining, etc.
), this is a big bonus, as safety is always our number one priority.
If you haven't worked in these industries, that's no problem as we provide all necessary training and value diversity of experience.
