What does the job look like? The Terminal Operations Manager will be responsible for operational, financial and customer service performance throughout the region. You will work in partnership with our customers, providing safe and efficient PUD and long-distance logistics services across road and rail network. Key areas: Provide operational leadership with responsibility for ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual requirements. Effective management and development of a direct reports, operational teams and subcontractor partners to provide efficiency and drive improvement across the network. Proactive management of customer relationships facilitating growth of existing accounts. Effectively analyse equipment and operational tasks to deliver productive outcomes through resource utilization, route optimization and subcontractor management. Are you the one? This is an operational role within the transport/terminal thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing effective operational decision making. You can demonstrate: Stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels. Ability to confidently lead and drive outcomes. Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting. Familiarity with heavy machinery.
