With over 35 store locations already thriving across Australia and New Zealand within a 2-year span, we're thrilled to continue serving customers and providing our exceptional foreign exchange services at Melbourne Airport.We are keen to recruit a result-oriented, dynamic, and driven Terminal Leader to join our team in a full-time permanent position, playing a pivotal role in optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences.As a Terminal Leader, you'll work closely and take directions from the Airport Manager to lead the performance of stores, ATMs, and teams, ensuring profitability and success.
With full accountability for all aspects of your area, you'll develop strategies, drive innovation, and report to the General Manager and senior leadership team.
As a senior leader yourself, you'll embody our values, fostering a culture of success while building strong relationships internally and with partners.
Your integrity and consistency will uphold our standards as you drive results.Your duties vary but primarily include:
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and sales team.Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved, and sales and compliance coaching is delivered to the wider team.Work with leaders and stakeholders to improve customer service levels at stores.Take ownership of the overall performance of one of the Brisbane Terminals.Deliver sales targets through effective people management and commercial strategy.Support with product launches and promotions.Manage inventory and margins across the airport.Maintain high security standards and ensure compliance within all stores.Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures and coach staff on operating disciplines - adhere to company and location policy and procedures, including ATMs, Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security, and retail requirements.Support communication for all site staff and management.Maintain high knowledge of security systems, point of sale equipment, and all other operational equipment.Manage, recruit, train, and develop staff, within company guidelines and employment legislation, for them to reach their potential for themselves and the company.About You:Based at Melbourne with 3+ years' experience from similar industries.Proven track record of delivering targets and driving sales growth.Strong financial management skills, including budget creation and cost control.Excellent interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial sector.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Adaptability to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry.Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, fairness, and consistency.Must be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).Our Offer:Career progression opportunities being a part of a global organization.Competitive salary + Yearly Discretionary Bonus.Supportive and forward-thinking Team environment.Discount on different currency exchanges.Employee Assistance Programme.
