This is a permanent part time position of 25-30 hours per week, with up to 6 hours per day worked anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Flexible start and finish time will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Employee will be classified as Level 4 under the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020. The rate of pay for this classification is $30.13 per hour as of January 2025. An option for a full-time position will be considered.
Key Responsibilities Administration support for the pest control division of the business Answer and handle incoming calls, take bookings and redirect as required Check emails, action and forward as required Follow up annual reminders for scheduling of work Email and post reminder letters Schedule work for field staff Receive job sheets Invoice completed work Assist with administration tasks across other divisions of the business About You Serious applicants only, who have read and understand the Job Details and Responsibilities outlined above.
