The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the Franna sales function.
This entails full budget responsibility for the product range, enhancing, and executing global Franna Brand sales strategies, driving revenue growth in existing and new global markets.
The role is required to lead all strategic sales and product management activities, including dealer management.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth whilst maintaining existing customer relations and develop a clearly defined strategy to target new customers in both local and global markets.
Develop product strategy and provide direction to the senior leadership team from market analysis, customer needs, and competitor landscapes.
Assume all budget planning responsibilities, including unit and financial forecasts and working closely with other functional leaders in the organization matrix.
Establish short-term and long-term sales objectives and action plans in alignment with company goals.
Oversee dealer and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing local and global sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Partner with product development to provide customer feedback and inform product enhancements.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing dealer networks and developing product and global sales strategies.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to frequently travel domestically and internationally.
