Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)Full timeSalary: $90K to $110K range + super based on experienceThis leading construction company is seeking a motivated and experienced Tenders (Submissions) Coordinator to join their dynamic Estimating team. Play a critical role in the preparation and submission of tender documentation and proposals. The successful candidate will ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and competitive, demonstrating a passion and flair for creative business writing and the ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire submission process, including planning, writing, editing, formatting, and submitting tenders and proposals.Assist with the design and maintenance of marketing collateral such as tender submissions, capability statements, and project highlights.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and verify information.Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and the company's policies.Review and proofread documents for quality and accuracy.Maintain a library of templates and standard responses.Compile pricing information from in-house estimators, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Manage the preferred supplier database.Finalise submissions, including special condition letters and client forms.Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and ensuring the proper organisation of digital tender files.About You:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role; experience within the construction industry is a bonus but not mandatory.Self-motivated, with strong bid writing and tender submission management skills.A passion for writing and creating engaging presentations and documents.Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong ability to interpret submission requirements with accuracy.High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.If you're ready for an exciting challenge and want to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply for this role.This role requires 100% office attendance 5 days per week.To apply, please click on apply and upload your cover letter and current resume.Applications will be processed as they're received; there is no specified closing date.Job Reference: 620717
