Tender Writer/Business Development Manager Smithfield NSW HEQS Group Full time $85000 - $89242 per year You will be part of a crucial team that helps secure national and local funding opportunities for Priceworth's impact growth. This includes both tender opportunities issued by Local, State and Federal Government & other funders and proactive proposals for funding as identified by Priceworth's Community Services, Housing and other divisions. Your key responsibilities will be to: Thoroughly analyse all tender specifications and understand funder objectives & drivers Support Community Services, Housing and other divisions' leaders and teams in securing funding by preparing bid content (submissions, pitch presentations, etc.) creating clear project plans and identifying and mitigating risks Write tenders, grants and/or proposals to a high standard addressing Funder objectives while following our Priceworth format and style guides Maintain systems, processes, spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Teams sites Coordinate and drive mandatory peer and service delivery reviews (prior to submission on deadline) Ensure all tenders and proposals adhere to the decisions made at the internal Go/No-Go Meeting Undertake research and identify evidence & data to support service model and tender/proposal requirements Requirements for Success A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or tender writing in a community services, social/affordable housing or commercial/corporate business setting. Proven excellent writing and analytical skills including the preparation of tenders, reports and proposal documents. Understanding of issues in community services and/or community housing sectors or the ability to rapidly understand this context. Demonstrated record in successful submission of funding applications. Highly skilled in using relevant software applications. Demonstrated experience and proven ability to foster constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
