The roleWith expertise in bid management and a creative flair, the position holder will oversee the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, accreditations, and other critical submissions, ensuring they align with WSce brand and meet high-quality standards.

You'll work with a team that sets the benchmark, redefines possibilities, embraces innovation and exceeds expectations, working closely with State General Managers, business leads, and a dedicated tender support team.
Role specificsAbout YouAs a Tender Submissions Coordinator, you'll bring 5+ years of proven bid and tender management experience (preferably in engineering or construction), demonstrate a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships and energise teams throughout the tender process.
Ideal Skills & QualificationsA qualification in writing, design, or graphics, with a talent for creating compelling and visually appealing proposals.Exceptional project management skills, capable of meeting tight and conflicting deadlines.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor submissions to client needs and craft compelling narratives.Proven ability to analyse complex tender documents and respond effectively to diverse requirements.Proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications as well as design tools and an understanding of branding principles.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.Adaptable and hands-on, balancing strategic priorities with operational involvement.Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring all submissions are polished and meet high standards.What You'll Get in ReturnWe offer an inclusive and vibrant office culture, focused on supporting and developing our employees with in-house training and mentorship.
