The role will be based in Brisbane with occasional travel required for meetings, training, or other work-related activities throughout our network.
As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tender submissions, contracts, and all related documentation.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operational teams to ensure seamless and efficient processes, helping us secure new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.Collaborating with the General Manager - Marketing, your main responsibilities will be to:Prepare, manage and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirementsLiaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissionsImplement systems for tracking tender submissions, contract renewals, and project statuses, keeping stakeholders informed on progressEnsure all tender and contract documents are properly archived and accessible for future reference or auditsComplete supplier and / or customer surveys as requested as relating to our servicesSupport the review, analysis and presentation of tendered pricing and equipment hire ratesAssist in the development of marketing proposals and presentationsEnsure timely delivery of all documentation and adherence to deadlinesContribute to the development of the marketing strategy through insights gained from tender and contract managementAbout youThe ideal candidate will model our shared values and possess the following qualifications and skills:Significant demonstrated experience in a related role, with a strong commercial, sales and customer focusExperience and understanding of contract law and commercial terms and conditionsStrong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with, liaise and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliersAbility to manage several tasks / projects simultaneously and reprioritise as required and deliver on timeProven ability to be pro-active, manage time and prioritise workloadExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailAble to thrive working independently and as part of a teamProficiency in use of Microsoft Office and related software used for personnel related activitiesIf you are passionate about customer service delivery, tender success and ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
