$41p/h+superannuation + salary sacrifice Fixed-termposition About therole: We arecurrently seeking a part-time Tenancy Management Officer to joinour team in Gladstone. Our Tenancy Management Officerwill provide quality support for a range of housing optionsand provide positive outcomes for tenants as they are supported totransition to self-sustained tenancies.
 What will atypical day look like?

Assess theeligibility of applicants seeking accommodation. Ensure that tenantintake, allocation and matching are conducted in anon-discriminatory and transparent manner. Effectivelycommunicate tenants' rights and obligations. Involve the tenantin key decision-making. Maintain a strictcompliance regime during each tenancy. Make appropriatedecisions regarding linkages and wrap-aroundsupports. Effectively processthe commencement of a tenancy including bond loanadministration. Monitor and ensuretenancy rent payments and be proactive regardingdebts/arrears. Complete routineinspections and condition reporting. Identify tenantdamage, complete invoices to recover costs and/or complete debtforms. Conduct periodicreviews of tenants' ongoing eligibility to access housing andconduct rent reviews annually or during a change ofcircumstances. Complete tenantexits, evictions or abandonment of property. MandatoryRequirements: Real EstateSalesperson Certificate or Certificate IV in Community Servicesand relevant experience.
