Join a NSW Government organisation in an expanding team!Job Title: Tenancy Coordinator Location: 36 George St, Burwood Start Date: ASAPContract Length: 3 months + Possible extensions Pay Rate: $750 daily plus super Hours of Work: 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs per week Description: The Tenancy Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day project management of a program of works for the fit-out and de-fit of tenancy spaces within our client's portfolio.
This role ensures that all major components, including design and construction approvals, program management, documentation standards, baseline and controls, program budgeting, status reporting, and project governance, are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities: Manage the daily project activities related to fit-out and de-fit processes for tenancies.
Ensure tenants complete the processes and requirements as outlined in the client's fit-out guide.
Report project progress to sponsors, senior managers, property agents, and key stakeholders to provide timely updates.
Initiate new projects and workstreams as needed, managing them to ensure timeframes and deliverables are met within scope and budget.
Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders (internal and external) to align project outcomes with business objectives.
Adhere to change control procedures and design assurance standards as applicable.
Execute safety responsibilities in line with the safety management system requirements.
Key Challenges: Meeting critical deadlines and milestones within tight timelines and budgets while addressing stakeholder needs.
Managing diverse internal and external stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives on information delivery, technology solutions, and business change.
Navigating a complex technical environment with legacy systems and significant concurrent changes.
