TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established fitout construction company to find an experienced Contracts Administrator . This role offers the chance to join a team delivering a wide range of successful projects across WA, with newly awarded contracts ready to commence.
About You: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or equivalent. Experience working on fitout and refurbishment projects. Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Committed to Health and Safety standards across all levels. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with site and project teams to manage commercial project aspects. Oversee all contractual and commercial matters related to the project. Support cost forecasting, reporting, and procurement processes. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Arrange and lead routine project meetings. Prepare and negotiate tender documentation and contracts as needed. Review progress claims and manage payment certificates. Ensure strict compliance with budgets and expenditure protocols.
