As our business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a new head chef to take on the day-to-day operations and leadership of our restaurant kitchen.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about good food, cares about the hospitality industry and its future, can lead and inspire a team, and has a love of sustainability. We strive to create beautiful meals that speak to the seasons, utilise the best local produce, and help to minimise food wastage as much as possible.
The role will consist of all aspects of kitchen management, liaising with our cafe kitchen team, and menu development in collaboration with senior restaurant management.
Our standard work week is 40 hours, with any additional hours worked repaid as time in lieu. We have an annual 3-week closure period over Christmas and New Year's, so our staff have time to rest, recharge, and celebrate with their loved ones, and we close for all public holidays.
We are recruiting now for the role to begin in the New Year with a flexible start time for the right candidate.
