Process tenancy applications, take holding deposits, and report to PMs. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from potential tenants. Prepare lease agreements using tools like REI Forms. Facilitate the signing process with tenants, explaining terms and conditions. Candidate Requirements: Must have: A reliable car and a valid driver's license. Current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate License). Proven experience in leasing or property management. Strong organisational and communication skills.
