Temporary Teacher - Reynella East College - Special Options

Position Descriptor:Reynella East College seeks an enthusiastic and committed teacher to teach in one of our Special Options Classes with students from years 7 - 12. This teaching position requires highly developed skills in using ABLES for assessment and reporting, ACARA General capabilities for programming and assessment, writing accurate One plans and knowledge of Modified SACE. Qualifications in Special Education would be advantageous. There is a requirement for the successful applicant to have the ability to support the school with improvement through implementing 21st-century, highly effective teaching pedagogies. The teacher needs skills and understanding using data to measure impact and growth in students' learning and the ability to work collaboratively and be prepared to undertake training in Trauma-informed approaches and highly effective teaching pedagogies, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared responsibility.
