'Looking to use your strata management skills, but don't want to manage a permanent portfolio? This role is to step in as a Strata Manager during annual or sick leave. In some circumstances, you would be appointed to assist Strata Managers with work while they are in the office. The portfolios are mixed use and well maintained. The position, but not limited to: Step in and assist as a relief for portfolios when required as well as cover any annual leave and sick leave The portfolios are mixed-use and well-maintained with a full handover, support and training Skills & Experience: Previous strata management experience is essential Outstanding communication, both written and verbal Excellent time management Possess a level ofhigh attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft softwarepackages Work collaboratively with all colleagues Clean police clearance Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios How to Apply:
