TEMPORARY SALES ASSOCIATE LUXURY HOME WARE BRAND BLUEWATER SHOPPING CENTER- POP UP PROJECT FOR OCTOBER 2024 THE CANDIDATE Previous experience in retail - minimum 3 months Well presented Well spoken in English Able to manage stress, adaptable and flexible Teamworking skills Problem solving skills, sense of neatness and accuracy Full-time availability (all days of the week) Happy to start as a temp with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the brand Available ALL WEEKENDS IN OCTOBER 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES: Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction Is aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive environment in the store and pays attention to performance level Receives and displays the products according to the established procedures Constantly maintains a tidy working place according to Company guidelines SALES: Responsible for the sales process following Company standards Provides and maintains a high level of customer service Manages commercial relations with clients to assure the highest level of satisfaction Takes part in store and department meetings CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND CRM: Ensures the after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care, to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty Manages claims with supervisor support Turns every touchpoint with customers into a positive situation, always promoting Brand image Communicates to Management the collected information regarding clients Executes the follow-up of clients' requests PRODUCT: Participates in all product presentations (of all product categories) done in the store Deeply knows all products of his/her category and is promptly updated on all product categories present in the store Ensures the appropriate care (cleaning, cure, replacement, etc.) of the store THE PACKAGE: Up to £13 per hour depending on experience (enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions Weekly pay methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week Opportunity to develop further and be considered for permanent opportunities Group Video Interviews are being arranged immediately – please apply as soon as possible with your CV to be booked in.
