Temporary Property Manager

About the RoleOngoing maternity cover role (3 months to start).
Based in Zetland.
$46 per hour + super + mileage.
Manage a portfolio of 160 properties, no leasing or accounts responsibilities (Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Eastlakes, Top Ryde areas).
Property management programs: PropertyTree, Air Table, Inspection Manager, Flikitover, and InspectRealEstate.
Candidate Requirements:Proven experience managing property portfolios end-to-end.Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems, and software.Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.Driver's licence and own car.How to Apply:Please send your CV and a short paragraph about yourself to:
