What you will doAs an APS 6 Senior Policy Officer, you will provide advice and guidance to agencies on the APS Employment Framework through the Employment Policy advice line.
This includes interpreting legislative provisions and supporting agencies to understand their obligations and apply the APS Employment Principles.
The role also includes contributing to the project work of the team, developing guidance and factsheets, and undertaking a range of activities in support of the Commissioner's functions.
