Position Descriptor: Para Hills High School is a vibrant, medium-sized school of approximately 600 students with a culturally diverse community.
This position's HAT role will support developing student oracy across the school and setting up and implementing a debating club.
The HAT teacher will contribute to:
Teach English to Year 12 (include and or additional subject). Lead to the development of student oracy across the school and staff skills in supporting student verbal ability in class and formal contexts. Lead the development and implementation of a debating club. Applicants must be fully registered teachers in South Australia who are currently certified as highly accomplished teachers. Certification status must be maintained to stay in the HAT role.
