About The RoleWith our Finance Assistant going on parental leave, we are looking to fill a full-time position to support our Finance team with bookkeeping activities and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day business.
In this role, you will support in several key functions including, but not limited to:
Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes. Regular maintenance of recurring weekly and monthly payments. Processing invoices for payment via EFT/internet banking, cheque, and credit card. Reconciliation of corporate credit cards. Assist the Financial Accountant with cash flow forecasting as required. Setting up new suppliers in the system whilst maintaining existing ones.
