Temporary Employment Register - Administration and Customer ServiceThe Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) has an immediate need for multiple temporary APS3 Tribunal Services Officer and APS4 Tribunal Officer positions across all of our state CBD locations: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth to support the Case Management, User Service, and Member Support sections.
These positions are available primarily on a full-time non-ongoing basis; however, part-time working arrangements can also be considered.

Working under the direction of the Team Leader, Tribunal Services Officers undertake case-related functions, provide administrative and hearing support to Tribunal members, and provide client service to ART review parties within the Case Management, Member Support, and User Services sections.
The successful candidates will have the ability to acquire and maintain a general working knowledge of the Tribunal's functions, policies, and procedures and apply this knowledge in undertaking case-related functions.
Salary: $74,072 – $80,424 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
The Tribunal Officer role works within a team to support the operations of the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and assists members and registrars of the ART with the conduct of reviews, including preparations for hearings and alternative dispute resolution events.
Working under the direction of the Team Leader and depending on the needs of the ART, Tribunal Officers may work in one or more jurisdictions and undertake functions that may include case management, case analysis, user engagement, and administrative assistance.
Minimum Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a field of study that might demonstrate some or all of the required capabilities OR relevant experience in a similar work environment OR subject-matter expertise related to one or more of the ART's jurisdictions is required.
