About Our Client Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Job Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may haveHandling customer complaints and providing resolution Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issuesAdhoc duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role: Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversationsFlexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etcExperience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles Able to work in a team setting as well as independentlyStrong IT skills Please note you will need able to pass DBS checks What's on Offer In return, our client can offer: Competitive pay rate Weekly pay Great work culture 10% shift pay on top of baisc salary Free on-site-parking PLEASE NOTE START DATE WILL BE THE 15TH JULY
