Job Description Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Handle queries from the public and customers Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Manage meeting room bookings and provide necessary arrangements Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required The Successful Applicant A high standard of personal presentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organisational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality What's on Offer A supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to work within the Not For Profit sector Temporary position within a reputable organisation Convenient location We encourage all candidates who believe they possess the skills and experience required for this admin role to apply.
