Role Summary:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in managing classroom activities and fostering a positive atmosphere for students. This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to promoting inclusive education and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Your Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery. Support students with their learning and personal development throughout the school day. Foster a stimulating and encouraging learning environment. Work with small groups of students to provide targeted support. Help with behavior management and encourage appropriate social interactions. Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to the teacher on progress. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills. Qualifications or certifications in education or related fields preferred. Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
