Job Description With a well-established presence in Australia, HITACHI is undergoing a significant growth phase and Temperzone is now seeking an exceptional person to be part of this exciting opportunity.
Our difference is the customer experience, and this role is pivotal in driving this culture across our existing and potential commercial and residential partners across New South Wales.
Reporting to the State Manager, this role encompasses both our unique brand offerings of Temperzone and Hitachi to the NSW market dealing with our trade, contractor, consultant, and commercial builder markets.
Identifying prospective new business opportunities, forming, and maintaining a commercial and domestic builder network are all part of the daily role.
What we are looking for: Account management, product sales training through key market channels in NSW, ACT, and regional NSW.
Maintaining, developing & growing existing B2B/B2C customers in residential, commercial, wholesale & building sectors.
Identify new market opportunities and growth opportunities using internal data such as BCI and other industry intel.
Act as the internal and external champion for Hitachi products.
Establish, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing specialist partners.
Coordinate marketing strategies tailored for individual accounts.
Analyse existing and potential partner needs.
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective partners.
Achieve sales targets and budgets.
Provide high level of customer service across all functions.
Keep abreast of industry trends and opposition activity and communicate back to the business.
Qualifications 3+ years of local experience in the HVAC&R residential and wholesale market in an external sales capacity Business to Business.
Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management including a high level of business acumen.
Trade or tertiary qualifications in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive, professional key relationships with clients.
Possess a flair for client communications and understanding of consumer behaviour.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
Proven willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
