In the role of Senior Business Analyst, reporting to Product Manager, Digital Licence Program, you will work on the design and delivery of the next wave of the Digital Licence App's features and functions.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
• Performing business requirements analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and communicating and documenting business requirements and the functional solutions.
• Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with various stakeholders.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and users to identify and document business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
• Monitoring deliverables, business acceptance and sign-offs, and ensuring timely completion of activities and work packages.
To be considered suitable for the role you will have:
• Ability to define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity;
• Experience in collaborating and engaging business areas to embrace change.
• Ability to facilitate input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective prioritisation of requirements.
• Ability to establish requirements base-lines, obtains formal agreement to requirements, and ensures traceability to source.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and identifying recommendations for improvements. Engages and collaborates with operational stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile Development and Operations (DevOps) team.
• Communicate clearly in a succinct and deliberate manner, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders. Listens attentively, seeks to understand others' needs by questioning and clarifying.
• Ability to respond to changing expectations by proactively adapting own approach to reflect new requirements. Actively participates in change engagement activities and openly supports the intended outcomes.
• Actively seeks feedback and modifies approach to enhance own effectiveness, takes personal accountability for learning, and eagerly pursues new knowledge and experiences.
