We are seeking a high performing and innovative Temporary Senior Advisor (Interface Management) to join our team on the Gold Coast.
In the role of Senior Advisor, you will provide high level advice and guidance to various stakeholders, including the design, construction, and corridor teams, to ensure local government cost sharing and interface issues contribute to the effective management of the region's program of works.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage an ongoing program of initiatives that support local government cost sharing and interface management activities.
• Provide stakeholder management support for local council and other networks by maintaining processes and appropriate consultation timelines and frameworks to deliver and implement initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities to improve and streamline current systems and processes for monitoring key performance indicators.
• Write and/or review complex reports, Maintenance responsibility plans, submissions, departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and to set timeframes.
• Develop and maintain effective networks, and consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, interest groups, and other government agencies Benefits on offer include:
