Currently taking expressions of Interest for multiple Temp Leasing Roles around Sydney. Locations include the Inner West, Lower North Shore, and the Eastern Suburbs. 5 days, 3 days, and weekend work available. Exposure to some of Sydney's most prestigious Real Estate Agencies and flexible days/hours are on offer! The Role:We are dynamic individuals to be the driving force behind providing top-quality service. With plenty of support, this role will see you utilise your ability to work in a team. As a Leasing Consultant, your specific duties will include: Conducting open homes via private appointments and open homes Taking Leasing enquiries via email and phone Handle Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections Application process including reference checks Routine inspections & Saturday work Ad hoc Administration The Candidates: A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal) A self-starter and office motivator Highly organized The ability to think outside the square Real Estate experience is a must The Benefits: Receive a healthy hourly rate Excellent career potential Flexible work hours for temp Why Temp?
