Position: Temp Casual Customer Service Operator Location: Gepps Cross, SA Hours: As required, no guaranteed hours (availability needed for short notice shifts) Rate: Competitive casual hourly rate Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing and managing customer orders using internal systems such as Oracle/JDE Edwards.
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving delivery or service issues promptly.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Perform accurate data entry and assist with basic reporting tasks.
About You: Prior experience in a customer service or contact center environment is highly regarded.
Familiarity with Oracle/JDE Edwards, Salesforce, or Microsoft Excel is helpful but not essential.
Flexible availability to work at short notice, including early mornings and weekends.
Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
