About You MINIMUM6-12 months' Real Estate or Property experience(residential/retail/commercial) - due to the nature of contracting, candidates must have some experience within the Real Estate or Property industry -aside from Reception or Admin roles- as these are not entry level roles QLD Certificate of Registration or Estate Agent License is a must for residential property management roles Reliable car and open QLD drivers' license Proficient in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, MRI, Cirrus8 etc. Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills + presentation Must be reliable and punctual!
