Temp Business Support and Marketing Administrator (IPS017)LB Group, a top 75 Accountancy firm, are looking for a Business Support and Marketing Administrator to be based in our Ipswich office.Working for both the Business Support and Marketing teams, the purpose of this role is to support with client and internal communications, data projects and secretarial admin tasks.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis. You will be office based 9am-5:30pm, working 3 days for Business Support and 2 days for Marketing.
Your tasks will include:
Updating the website with marketing materials.Updating the intranet with news itemsSupport the communications executive with administrationMaintenance of the marketing inbox with responsibility for updating the marketing client list on a weekly basisMaintenance of all lists in MailChimp including review of each campaign and reporting bounces back to the relevant teamMailmerges for client communicationsWork with HR, Business Support and Marketing on the new starter process and associated tasksData cleanse work for client dataAdmin support for the Business Support team including company secretarial workClient onboarding administrationProvide administrative support to both the Business Support and Marketing teamPerson Specification:An enthusiastic team player with a 'Can Do' approachGood organisation skills with drive, initiative and enthusiasmA willingness to learn, work hard, contribute to the team and develop new skillsOrganised, structured and disciplined, with great attention to detailWe are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity.
